- Innovative MPPT Design, up to 99% efficiency and Operate with Battery when it’s 0 Volt: Renogy MPPT charge controller maximizes the solar power and is with a high tracking efficiency of up to 99% and peak conversion efficiency up to 97%. It is the great charging solution even in cloudy environments where the max power point of the solar panels will fluctuate all day. Even when the battery is dead (at 0 volt), the controller can activate it with small current and bring it to life.
- Extremely Protection: 3-phase charging profile (Bulk, Boost, and Float) ensures your service battery will be accurately full charged. With Protections of battery isolation, over-voltage protection, battery temperature protection, over-current protection, overheat protection, reverse current protection, solar panel and alternator reverse polarity protection. Featured with remote temperature sensor port, the controller can measure the battery temperature for accurate temperature compensation.
- DC to DC Charger Function: Compatible with traditional and smart alternator, the solar charger can charge a service battery from a starting battery linked to an alternator. For smart alternator, an IGN Port is featured to connect the Vehicle Ignition for auto-trigger once it detects the vehicle is started. Built-in Voltage Sensitive Relay (VSR) for user friendly setup with traditional alternators. Solar panels and alternator power input keeps your battery always have adequate power on the go.
- Real-time Monitoring and Parameter Customizing: With RJ45 communication port featured, you can control and monitor the device remotely through your phone in real time using the BT-2 Bluetooth Module and Renogy DC Home App.
- Mute and Excellent Heat Dissipation: Integrated heat sink, instead of cooling fan, provides a 0 dB surrounding for relax and ensures highly efficient heat dissipation. The excellent heat dissipation maximum charging efficiency and keep your battery in safe when you are in a relaxing and quiet surrounding.
